Service Techs Tell Us How They Feel About Their Jobs

The results indicate that job stability is ensured in the Copier Industry for Service Techs. The real story this year lies in the fact that most Service Techs are dissatisfied with management.

Today's copier service technician is a hard worker; with few exceptions male;.approximately 36.9 years of age and should know his job well since he's been working in the industry - most likely for an independent copier dealership - for nearly 7.5 years.
